Based in North Adelaide, I provide EMDR therapy and evidence-based counselling across Adelaide and online. I support adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief, and self-esteem challenges. As an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, my work is trauma-aware, emotionally safe, and rooted in compassion.
