Heal & Move Forward: A 6-Week EMDR Group Therapy Program in Adelaide
This group program is designed to help you process distressing events and trauma in a safe, supportive, and cost-effective setting. Whether you're struggling with overwhelming emotions, past experiences, or life transitions, this group offers a structured path toward healing.
Many people feel stuck with difficult memories—they intrude on daily life, making it hard to move forward. If you’ve found yourself coping with these memories, rather than feeling like you’ve truly processed them, EMDR offers a different approach.
This program blends psychoeducation, creative art-making, nervous system regulation techniques, and guided EMDR processing. The aim is to help establish a sense of safety in the present moment and offer contained processing to relieve acute stress, allowing you to respond more adaptively to life's challenges.
Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR allows you to process trauma without needing to share details, giving you autonomy over your healing journey.
It is based on the G-TEP protocol.
